Guide clients through the full study abroad or work visa journey — from initial profile assessment and country selection through to document preparation, application submission, and visa interview training. You will manage a portfolio of active clients, keep them informed at every stage, and act as their trusted advisor throughout.
Conduct structured mock visa interview sessions with clients preparing for embassy appointments. You will assess each client's profile, identify weak points in their responses, and coach them to present their application clearly, honestly, and confidently. Strong knowledge of embassy processes across multiple countries is essential.
Specialise in supporting clients through university and college application processes — helping them identify the right schools, prepare strong personal statements, meet application requirements, and position themselves for admission. Experience with international admissions in the UK, Canada, USA, or Europe is a strong advantage.
Create compelling, accurate, and helpful content across our blog, social media channels, and email newsletters. You will research travel, visa, and immigration topics, translate complex information into clear and engaging language, and help grow our audience of students, professionals, and travel enthusiasts across Nigeria and beyond.
Be the first point of contact for new enquiries and the backbone of our client communication system. You will manage bookings, respond to initial enquiries, coordinate between consultants and clients, maintain organised records, and ensure every client feels heard, informed, and supported from their first interaction with us.
Help us maintain the quality and consistency that sets our service apart. You will track active client files, monitor deadlines, coordinate between team members, and identify process improvements that keep our operations running smoothly as we grow. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
